Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Purpose:
This guarantee policy applies to clients who have signed a short-term management contract with Qualco Investment INC. for a minimum duration of one year. It aims to offer a partial refund in case of dissatisfaction with our services, under the following conditions.

Guarantee Period:
Property owners can benefit from a satisfaction guarantee during the first 15 days of the 4th month of the contract, in order to ensure a smooth transition at the end of this month. If you are not satisfied with our services during this period, you may request a refund.Refund Amount:
If the guarantee is activated, we will refund an amount equivalent to three (3) months of management fees, under the following conditions:If the guarantee period includes the months of June, July, or August, the refund will be limited to the management fee of the first month of the contract.
If the guarantee period does not include these months, the full refund for three months of management fees will apply.
Exclusions from Refund:
The following are not eligible for a refund:Cleaning fees.
Paid bills (e.g., utilities).
Maintenance or repair fees, including third-party repairs.
"No Departure Fees" or "Fixed Income" Contracts:
This guarantee does not apply to contracts that include a "No Departure Fees" or "Fixed Income" option. In such cases, no refund will be issued.Claim Procedure:
We are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction as quickly as possible. Before requesting a refund, our team will work with you to understand and resolve the issues encountered.
To activate the guarantee, a written request (via email or registered mail) must be submitted within the first 15 days of the 4th month of the contract, specifying the reasons for the dissatisfaction. The reasons for dissatisfaction must be justifiable and may include communication problems, unmet expectations, or recurring issues affecting the management of your property.
Without a reasonable justification, the refund request may be rejected.Consumer Rights:
Under the Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act, this guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. If you are not satisfied, you also have the option to request a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable laws.
